Very floral and citrusy on the nose, the palate is medium weight and round with good mineral depth and some spice and lemons coming through. Great acidity to finish it off, making it really well balanced.

Really good Pinot Grigio is very hard to come by, most of it is pretty dull. This is what it should be like, good clean ripe fruit with nice depth of flavour and great mineral balance. The acidity is crisp and fresh making it a great fish wine.

100% Sauvignon Blanc
One of the Alto Adige's premium wineries and certainly the best Sauvignon I have tasted from Italy. It has a lovely floral perfume on the nose and a deep minerality on the palate with some nice ripe fruit and crisp clean acidity.
