2007 'Am See' Weiss - Paul Rittsteuer - Burgenland Austria
60% Chardonnay - 40% Weissburgunder
A wonderful wine made from a blend of Chardonnay and Weissburgunder otherwise known as Pinot Bianco. Apple and honeysuckle on the nose, the palate is round, complex with citrus and a tiny nutty side from a little oak. Well balanced with a long finish.
