About Us
Marc1wines is an independent wine merchant situated in the heart of Aldeburgh on Suffolk's Heritage coast. Formed in late 2004 we are centrally located in the High Street, we offer an eclectic range of wines from around the world.
We stock a broad range covering all price brackets, the focus is primarily based on quality and we intentionally seek out wines from smaller family-owned producers.
In addition to the retail sales, we supply a variety of local restaurants, bars and businesses with wine beer and spirits.
We also hold informal tastings at the shop with larger tasting events at local venues several times a year.
An exciting addition to the business has been the introduction of a range of Van Coillie hand made chocolates, these are some of the finest Belgian chocolates available and they have been flying off the shelf.
The shop is open seven days a week from 10am - 5pm (6pm on Fri & Sat)
