Family owned brewery from Australia making some of the best beers in Oz. Commited to making bottle fermented beers they have a cult following. The pale ale has a sediment from the bottle conditioning which following their advice should be mixed with the beer by tipping the bottle before drinking.

Chimay Bleue (Blue)
(9% abv darker ale)
This copper-brown beer has a creamy head and a slightly bitter taste. Considered to be the "classic" Chimay ale, it exhibits a considerable depth of fruity, peppery character. The taste continues to evolve and develop with a few years of age. The water for the beers is drawn from a well located inside the monastery walls.

Wonderful and traditional German Pils. Still in its flip-top bottle this is a great beer. Golden colour it is medium bodied and is very dry with distinct bitterness.

Highly respected and firmly independent brewery. The pilsner has it own customised bottles, it is pale golden with a grassy hop aroma. It is medium bodied with the classic intense bitterness.

Anchor Liberty Ale - USA

A pale ale from Anchor that was originally brewed for the holiday season but due to its success is now brewed all year. It contains the very citrussy Cascade hop which make it an aromatic beer with distinct dry hoppy palate.

Anchor Steam Beer - USA

Anchor have been brewing beer since the 1850's and the Steam Beer is the legacy of that time. Deep amber colour it has a woody nose with caramel flavours and a crisp dry finish.

Westmalle Tripel
(9.5% ABV tripel)
First brewed in 1934 and the recipe has not changed since 1956. It is made with pale candy sugar and has a pale color produced from a mash of light pilsener malts. Styrian Goldings hops are used and the classic Saaz pilsener hop. After a long secondary fermentation, the Triple Westmalle is bottled with a dose of sugar and yeast.

Westmalle Dubbel

Copper brown in colour, this is Westmalle's famous double, so called due to runnig water through the mash tun twice. It has a nose of bananas, dried fruit and molasses. The palate is hoppy, spicy and quite fruity with a slightly roasted coffee finish and definitely dry bitter end.

Trappistes Rochefort 10
(blue cap, dark beer, 11.3% ABV).
Reddish-brown colour, with a very compact head and an aroma of figs, feels like honey in the mouth. The alcohol profile is a major component in the flavour of this rich ale. It is very similar to 6 and 8, but has much more of everything. The finish feels sweeter than the others. Try inplace of a dessert wine.

Trappistes Rochefort 8
(green cap, brown beer, 9.2% ABV).
Yellowish-brown colour, with a more pronounced aroma of spice and toffee. Intense flavour of dried fruits with caramel and raisins. A slight amount of Demi-Sec on the finish.
This make up the largest part of production for the three beers.

(red cap, brown beer, 7.5% ABV).
Reddish colour, almost like autumn leaves, very consistent texture with a slightly spicy aroma and an intense taste of caramel, fruit, and hints of raisins. It is only brewed once per year, representing approximately 1% of total beer production.
