Making A Purchase
Buying something could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished, click on 'Checkout' and we will ask you for the details we need to complete your order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
We will email you an order confirmation to show that we have received your order. This email does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will accept your order, and constitute a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Tax Charges
The prices shown on our website include VAT, charged at 17.5%. Orders from outside the EU are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We decrypt them only when they reach our computer; they are not held in a human-readable form on any web site.
