2005 Viognier 'Pastourou' - Alain Paret - Vin de Pays d'Oc
Alain Paret is an acclaimed Rhone producer so much so that Gerard Depardieu invested in his vineyard after tasting his Condrieu. This is the same grape but from different vineyards. Fresh and floral this has great acidity and nice ripe fruit. It is a pleasure to drink.

2004 'Les Choisilles' Montlouis sur Loire - Francois Chidaine
100% Chenin Blanc
This is one of the top dry whites from Bio-Dynamic producer Francois Chidaine. We believe him to be the best in Montlouis and probably in the top two or three producers of dry Chenin Blanc in the World. Soft honeyed stone fruit on the nose, dry palate characterised by plenty of acidity and a very mineral finish. This has started to open up and develop with a few years age and will continue to improve with careful storage. Price: £15.25
